Tech nerd first. Powerlifter by accident.
I’m Dain. I spent years building software for other people’s businesses — the kind of work where you fall in love with systems, data models and shaving seconds off things. Then I walked into a strength gym to fix a desk-job back, and someone handed me a barbell.
Powerlifting got me the way it gets people. My first meet total is a number nobody but me will ever care about, which is rather the point. What hooked me wasn’t the total. It was watching a good coach turn a page of sets and reps into someone measurably, provably stronger, month after month.
The page itself, though. My coach was running dozens of clients out of spreadsheet tabs, screenshots and message threads. Every program was written by hand because it had to be — tailored programming is the product a good coach sells. The tooling just made the writing slow, and the slow parts were exactly the parts a machine should carry.
LoadPlan is what happened when the nerd and the lifter shook hands. AI drafts the way you would — your style, your client’s history, their health screen in the room — and nothing ships without a coach’s eyes on it. Your clients see your gym’s name on the door, not ours. It was built shoulder to shoulder with the coaches at Sydney Strength Training, and it’s now open to gyms that program the same way.
AI shouldn’t replace your programming brain. It should make yours available to every client, every week.

Talk programming with me.
A consultation is a conversation between people who write programs — not a sales demo.
